About Me
Hi! My name is Sylvie Guillon. I am French and living in the US since nearly 15 years.
I’m a program and product leader with 15+ years of experience delivering digital experiences in fast-paced tech and software environments. I’ve spent my career translating complexity into clarity, aligning teams around user needs and business outcomes, and bringing scalable ideas to life.
In 2022, I made a conscious decision: to apply everything I’ve learned to accelerate climate action and support the just transition we urgently need. I began reskilling in sustainability strategy, ESG integration, and stakeholder engagement — and advising early-stage projects building platforms for impact.
Today, I support companies in two ways:
As a fractional CSO, I help businesses start their sustainability journey, define strategic priorities, and integrate social and environmental responsibility into their operations.
As a product and program partner, I help teams build climate-focused digital solutions — bringing structure, insight, and collaboration to every stage of the product lifecycle.
My Mission
We live in a world of finite resources — but we continue to operate under an outdated model of infinite growth. For too long, companies have been incentivized to grow faster, cheaper, and bigger — without considering the long-term impact on people or the planet.
But things are changing.
We are waking up to the need for systemic transformation — rethinking how we work, consume, produce, and grow. Businesses are now called to not only generate profit, but to account for their environmental footprint, their human rights practices, and their contribution to communities.
I don’t claim to have all the answers — no one does! But I’m deeply committed to being part of the solution. I believe companies that lead with transparency, courage, and responsibility will be the ones who thrive tomorrow.
